In 2013, Claire married Simon. Before becoming a curate, Claire has been a youth worker for many years, working in church, ecumenical and international settings. She was also the lay chaplain at Lee Abbey, an ecumenical, international retreat centre in North Devon.She is passionate about seeing young people reach their full potential in Jesus. Is passionate that the Church is known for how much it loves people; personifying Jesus’ command: ‘Love me and love your neighbour’. Is passionate about seeing justice and mercy flow like an unending stream. Claire loves to worship God through different worship styles, from charismatic through to contemplative Taize style worship. She is keen to help God’s people encounter Him through worship and then enable them to be God’s hands and feet in the world.
